MVP Build

For pre-seed founders who need to build v1

I act as your technical co-founder. I design the architecture, choose the right MVP stack (fast to build, scalable to Series A), and either build it with you or lead a small team to ship it.

  • Architecture design & decision records
  • Full-stack development (backend + frontend)
  • CI/CD & cloud infrastructure
  • Handover-ready codebase + documentation
  • Investor-ready system diagrams

For Series A teams with a messy codebase

You've raised, hired fast, and now have technical debt slowing everything down. I come in part-time, establish engineering culture, fix the architecture, and help you hire your first senior engineers.

The technical co-founder
you didn't know to hire.

I work with non-technical EU founders who have a real B2B SaaS idea and need someone to architect and ship v1 — without the overhead of a dev agency, and without the equity commitment of a full-time hire. I bring 20+ years of production-grade experience from Ericsson, Vodafone, and Hotels.com directly to your early-stage company.

For Series A teams, I come in as a part-time CTO for 6–12 months: audit the mess, establish engineering culture, fix the architecture, and help you hire your first senior engineers. The result is a team that ships faster and a codebase you can actually show investors.

One recent example: helped a fintech team in Vienna cut their AWS bill 40% while shipping 3× faster by eliminating over-engineered microservices that should never have existed in the first place.

Things founders
usually ask.

Who owns the IP and code?
You do. Always. I work on a contract basis — every line of code, every architecture decision, every diagram is yours. I can sign an NDA before our first call.
What if we outgrow the MVP stack?
That's the plan. I deliberately build MVPs on foundations that scale — Supabase for the v1, AWS/Azure for Series A. You won't need a rewrite; you'll need migration scripts.
How do I know this won't create technical debt?
Because I've spent 20 years cleaning up other people's technical debt. I document every decision, write architecture decision records (ADRs), and leave your codebase better than I found it.
Can you help us hire engineers later?
Yes. I've conducted technical interviews at Ericsson, Hotels.com, and across multiple teams. I can design your hiring process, write the job specs, and evaluate candidates for you.
Do you only do Java?
Java is my primary language for production backends, but I've shipped TypeScript/React frontends, Supabase/Firebase MVPs, and infrastructure-as-code with Terraform. I pick the right tool for the job.
What's the €999 audit exactly?
A 5–7 day engagement. I review your codebase, infrastructure, team setup, and processes. You receive a 10-page PDF with a prioritized action plan — written clearly enough to share with your board or investors.
